Refund policy

Because our products are food, we can't accept returns. If anything arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, email info@cookma.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund that item. Gift cards are non-refundable. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You can skip, pause or cancel future subscription boxes anytime from your account before your next renewal date.
